Executive Bios
Frank Healy - President/CEO
Mr. Healy was co-founder and President of Yardcrew.com until its sale in 2006. Yardcrew.com connects thousands of consumers to a network of home services professionals nationwide. Prior to joining the HigherEdGrowth team, Mr. Healy worked in corporate marketing and managed interactive media and internet lead generation for Apollo Group’s University of Phoenix campus division and The College for Financial Planning. Mr. Healy is highly experienced in interactive marketing and lead generation for campus-based and online programs in the higher education sector. Mr. Healy is a graduate of Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management.
Lowell J. Williamson - Partner
Mr. Williamson is currently President and Chairman of the Board of The Williamson Group based in Scottsdale, Arizona, and holds similar positions with various affiliates, all of which have substantial real estate holdings in Arizona. Williamson is also a principal owner of Fairfield Homes, Inc. along with Paul Oreffice, retired Chairman of the Board of Dow Chemical. Fairfield Homes, Inc. has been a major homebuilder in Green Valley, Arizona for the past twenty-four years. Mr. Williamson is a managing member and advisor for Higher Ed Growth, LLC. Over the last twenty-five years, Williamson has been active in real estate investment and development in Arizona developing such projects as the Sheraton Tucson El Conquistador Hotel and Resort, the El Conquistador Country Club, and the Cañada Hills Master Planned Community and Country Club. Williamson is General Partner of Green Valley Master Planned Community.

Prior to moving to Scottsdale, Williamson was a leading independent operator in the oil and gas industry and was involved in the exploration, development, and production of oil and gas in Calgary, Alberta, Canada, and in the mid-continent and Rocky Mountain regions of the United States. While in Canada, Williamson owned a controlling interest in a large Canadian mutual fund group and acquired substantial land holdings in the Calgary metropolitan area.

Eric Flottmann - Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Flottmann served as the Customer Relations Manager at Yardcrew.com from its inception until its sale in 2006. Additionally, he served as Director of Business Intelligence for its parent company; Odin Enterprises, Inc. Mr. Flottmann brings more than 10 years experience in sales, customer relations, and business intelligence to HigherEdGrowth. He received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Communications from Arizona State University in 2001 and completed his Master of Business Administration degree, focusing on E-business, at University of Phoenix in 2007.
Adam Carlson - Chief Technology Officer
Mr. Carlson was a co-founder of Yardcrew.com, which connected consumers to a nationwide network of home services professionals. Additionally, Mr. Carlson developed AdReply™, an online software platform that manages and tracks online lead generation campaigns for a variety of industries. Mr. Carlson has more than 10 years of technical experience and has participated in many large government and private industry projects throughout his career.
JT Benton - Senior Vice President, Sales
JT Benton oversees Higher Ed Growth’s business sales activities and assists in the day to day management of the firm. Benton has held leadership posts in the communications and resort real estate industries, having worked throughout North and Latin America. In each setting, he has taken on a diverse sampling of sales and marketing challenges, leading his teams to uncommon results in diverse markets.

Focusing on close analyses of sales cycles, Benton’s holistic approach to solving branding, sales and marketing challenges has set him apart in his career. His record of accomplishment in leveraging brand attributes and his uncommonly productive sales processes, training and leadership methods are assets that distinguish Higher Ed Growth and help its clients in their search for stronger enrollment.

Benton received his degree in communication from DePauw University in Greencastle, Indiana. While there, he was a member of the varsity football and track and field programs, earning all-conference accolades in each. He currently serves on the boards of directors for the Awakening Seed School and the Arizona Zoological Society, the not-for-profit parent organization of the Phoenix Zoo. He is past president of the Tempe All City Association.

Benton lives in Tempe, Arizona with his wife, Jennifer, and son, Miller. His interests have come to include the gamut of outdoor pursuits. He also enjoys inspiring young Miller to laugh so hard that he falls over, though often, the inverse occurs.
Jessica Gimbel - Marketing Manager
Jessica Gimbel manages HigherEdGrowth’s marketing initiaves and has 5 years experience across the retail, financial, and health industries. Her main focus of work has been on direct response initiatives via web, print, TV, radio and mobile. She received her Bachelors of Science degree in Business Administration from Catawba College in 2005. Jessica has a long history of successful campaign and project management including the 2007 NextStudent and 2008 ThinkDebtRelief capacity plans.
Lisa Burks - Partner
Mrs. Burks has enjoyed a distinguished career in client relationship and project management including strategic and tactical implementations of complex, multi-channel campaigns for Fortune 100 companies worldwide. After 20 years, in September, 2006, Mrs. Burks ended her role as Vice President for one of the largest interactive and traditional agencies in the southwest. She then co-founded an advertising agency specializing in the implementation of automated marketing technology. This agency has now rolled up into HigherEdGrowth.
