Executive Bios
Frank Healy – President/CEO
Mr. Healy became CEO of Higher Ed Growth in 2007, bringing with him a wide range of knowledge in the higher education sector and interactive marketing. Prior to joining the Higher Ed Growth team, Mr. Healy was President of Yardcrew.com, a site he co-founded to connect consumers to a network of home services professionals nationwide. Mr. Healy worked in corporate marketing, managing interactive media and internet lead generation for Apollo Group’s University of Phoenix campus division and The College for Financial Planning. Mr. Healy is a graduate of Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management.
Lowell J. Williamson – Partner
Mr. Williamson is currently President and Chairman of the Board of The Williamson Group based in Scottsdale, Arizona, and holds similar positions with various affiliates, all of which have substantial real estate holdings in Arizona. Williamson is also a principal owner of Fairfield Homes, Inc., a major homebuilder in Green Valley, Arizona for the past twenty-four years. Mr. Williamson is a managing member and advisor for Higher Ed Growth. Over the last twenty-five years, Williamson has been active in real estate investment and development in Arizona developing such projects as the Sheraton Tucson El Conquistador Hotel and Resort, the El Conquistador Country Club, and the Cañada Hills Master Planned Community and Country Club. Williamson is General Partner of Green Valley Master Planned Community.
Prior to moving to Scottsdale, Williamson was a leading independent operator in the oil and gas industry and was involved in the exploration, development, and production of oil and gas in Calgary, Alberta, Canada, and in the mid-continent and Rocky Mountain regions of the United States. While in Canada, Williamson owned a controlling interest in a large Canadian mutual fund group and acquired substantial land holdings in the Calgary metropolitan area.

Eric Flottmann – Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Flottmann served as the Customer Relations Manager at Yardcrew.com from its inception until its sale in 2006. Additionally, he served as Director of Business Intelligence for its parent company: Odin Enterprises, Inc. Mr. Flottmann brings more than 10 years of experience in sales, customer relations, and business intelligence to Higher Ed Growth. He received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Communications from Arizona State University in 2001 and completed his Master of Business Administration degree, focusing on E-business, at University of Phoenix in 2007.
Joe Laskowski – Chief Marketing Officer & Business Development Strategist
Mr. Laskowski brings over 20 years of Executive level marketing and business development experience to Higher Ed Growth, with a proven success in creating and leading world-class sales and marketing organizations. Prior to joining the Higher Ed Growth team, Mr. Laskowski held Vice President positions with two education-focused internet marketing startups and co-founded Take the Lead Media Inc. in early 2011. He also served as Vice President for H&R Block/Option One for 9 years, managing B to C financial services with operations in India, Mexico and the United States. Joe is an alumni of the University of Nevada Las Vegas and was fortunate enough to study Financial Management during the Jerry Tarkanian championship era of the Runnin’ Rebels. He is a recent transplant to Chandler, AZ with his wife and 4 year old twins.
Adam Carlson – Chief Technology Officer
Mr. Carlson came to Higher Ed Growth with an extensive knowledge in technology and company start-ups, having co-founded Yardcrew.com with Mr. Healy. Mr. Carlson also developed AdReply™, an online software platform that manages and tracks online lead generation campaigns for a variety of industries. Mr. Carlson has more than 10 years of technical experience and has participated in many large government and private industry projects throughout his career.
Kolin Porter – Director of Media
Mr. Porter joined Higher Ed Growth with an extensive background in marketing expanding from the finance, real estate, and franchise industries. Mr. Porter’s experience includes managing multi-million dollar project and campus rebuilds and remodels for companies such as American Express and CB Richard Ellis. He graduated from Arizona State University in 2010 with a bachelor’s degree in Business.
Lisa Burks – Partner
Mrs. Burks has enjoyed a distinguished career in client relationship and project management, including strategic and tactical implementations of complex, multi-channel campaigns for Fortune 100 companies worldwide. After 20 years, Mrs. Burks ended her role as Vice President for one of the largest interactive and traditional agencies in the southwest. She then co-founded an advertising agency specializing in the implementation of automated marketing technology. This agency has now rolled up into Higher Ed Growth.
