Executive Bios

frank-healyMr. Healy became CEO of Higher Ed Growth in 2007, bringing with him a wide range of knowledge in the higher education sector and interactive marketing. Prior to joining the Higher Ed Growth team, Mr. Healy was President of Yardcrew.com, a site he co-founded to connect consumers to a network of home services professionals nationwide. Mr. Healy worked in corporate marketing, managing interactive media and internet lead generation for Apollo Group’s University of Phoenix campus division and The College for Financial Planning. Mr. Healy is a graduate of Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management.
eric-flottmannMr. Flottmann served as the Customer Relations Manager at Yardcrew.com from its inception until its sale in 2006. Additionally, he served as Director of Business Intelligence for its parent company: Odin Enterprises, Inc. Mr. Flottmann brings more than 10 years of experience in sales, customer relations, and business intelligence to Higher Ed Growth. He received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Communication from Arizona State University in 2001 and completed his Master of Business Administration degree, focusing on E-business, at University of Phoenix in 2007.
joe-laskowski Joe Laskowski brings over 25 years of Executive level marketing and business development experience to Higher Ed Growth, with proven success in creating and leading world-class sales and marketing organizations. Prior to joining the Higher Ed Growth team, Mr. Laskowski held Vice President positions with two education-focused internet marketing startups and co-founded Take the Lead Media Inc. in early 2011. He also served as Vice President for H&R Block/Option One for 9 years, managing B to C financial services with operations in India, Mexico and the United States. Joe is an alumni of the University of Nevada Las Vegas and was fortunate enough to study Financial Management during the Jerry Tarkanian championship era of the Runnin’ Rebels. He is a transplant to Chandler, AZ and spends his free time traveling with his wife and 7 year old twins.
adam-carlsonMr. Carlson came to Higher Ed Growth with an extensive knowledge in technology and company start-ups, having co-founded Yardcrew.com with Mr. Healy. Mr. Carlson also developed AdReply™, an online software platform that manages and tracks online lead generation campaigns for a variety of industries. Mr. Carlson has more than 10 years of technical experience and has participated in many large government and private industry projects throughout his career.
sarah-frenchMs. French joined Higher Ed Growth in March of 2010, bringing over 10 years of outstanding customer service skills. Ms. French has extensive experience as both a multi-store manager and merchandise buyer. At Higher Ed Growth, she exemplifies the exceptional service that the company is known for to all clients and campaigns. She is responsible for the overall success of the Client Services department in carrying out its mission of the organization as a whole. She is a graduate of Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. Ms. French is an Arizona native, with an amazing eight year old daughter. When she isn’t staring at her computer screen, Sarah loves to go camping, explore new music, and make new adventures with her daughter.
Meghan PrudencioMs. Prudencio joined the Higher Ed Growth team in 2011, with a background in sales, marketing, customer relations and content management. She has taken on many different roles in her time at Higher Ed Growth, including managing digital marketing campaigns through email, social media, SEO/SEM, paid search, display ads, content and web portals. Using her experience, Ms. Prudencio is responsible for maintaining and generating the high quality prospects that HEG is known for. Ms. Prudencio is an Arizona State University alumni, with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing.
Ryan EvansRyan Evans is a digital marketing leader with extensive performance marketing experience in higher education. Ryan spent 8 years at Apollo Group’s University of Phoenix as an Enrollment Counselor focused on all aspects of the enrollment funnel. For the past 7 years, Ryan has specialized in developing digital marketing lead generation strategies for post-secondary education clients. Ryan’s thorough understanding of the both the marketing and enrollment function bring a well-rounded holistic approach to new student recruitment. Ryan is a graduate of Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management, and a Master of Arts in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix.
